We bought our first Hot Tub a few months ago in Grand Forks. We actually just went in to Hot Springs "to look". Eric helped us out and he was so good at what he does and knows a lot about hot tubs. He found the perfect hot tub for us at the perfect price and we left there as new hot tub owners. Everyone was so good and patient while we got a spot ready for the hot tub at our lake place. It was delivered and set up and has worked perfectly ever since. We and all our friends use it almost every night. It is the best on cool nights, sipping a wine and looking out at the lake while relaxing in the hot tub! Will definitely go back to Hot Springs when it is time to upgrade.
