I used this UPS STORE for over4 years! Always top notch service. To those who want to complain about UPS DELIVERY SERVICE. This is NOT the place.
The staff is always friendly and able to help me quickly. My packages are always taken care of well and get to the destination on time.
Dropped off my package and they took it without a hitch.
I had an issue with a missing package, and the UPS Store on Columbia Road by Hugo's had three employees who went above and beyond to help me receive the package- which wasn't even at their location! Marissa, Stephi, and Courtney all put in extra effort to help me with teamwork of going in early, driving to another location to retrieve the package, and bringing it to me. This staff is amazing and truly goes the extra mile to help their customers. I would highly recommend going through them for any of the services they offer.
Absolutely terrible service by deliverers. I've had them time and time again leave packages in the rain and other without knocking or anything. Just now I watched the delivery man DROP my package at my door from waist level. He also didn't knock. I opened the door and asked him why he didn't knock, but he didn't say a word, just kept walking away. I am absolutely disgusted by UPS deliveries.
