Easy to find location just of the interstate and highway 2. Floor in entry was a bit slippery from the snow. Lobby was very pleasant Event room was beautiful. The bathroom needed attention, 2 stalls without toilet paper, the third extremely low at the end of the event. I did not stay or visit the guest rooms. And I had no contact with hotel staff
Had a block of rooms reserved here for a wedding only to find out from guests that they were told there are no rooms available when trying to book. The hotel decided to cancel our reservation without informing us so all of our invitations that we had designed, printed, and mailed out had hotel accommodations that were apparently not correct. Thanks a lot and i wish I could give you negative stars for terrible customer service. Don't stay here.
Pool was cold and dirty. Hot tub had no water in it
Son had his wedding reception there. Out of town Family members complained that rooms were dirty, beds were dirty, phones did not work, no hallway lights or emergency lights, no towels or soap in rooms, something growing on damp carpet in front of air conditioner. Son was promised 2 adjoining rooms but was given 114 and 136. No staff at front desk. When ppl tried to check because rooms were reserved for wedding guest and for early check in, they were not allowed to check in til 4:00. Drinks were not served in appropriate glasses tho we were told they would be. There is more, but u get the idea. DO NOT STAY THERE!!
I enjoyed my stay the staff is exceptional very friendly and helpful. It is going thru renovations but will be extraordinary when finished. Kid and pet friendly.
