The staff was fine. The place was smaller than I expected. I liked the espresso, but it wasn't as good as Starbucks's.
It wasn't busy when we went, my friend and I were the only customers. The staff took my order then walked away. I got my food before they even took her order, didn't seem very efficient. But the sandwich tasted fine. Nothing special but would stop in again if needed quick bite while solo.
Overall the place is nice, clean, good food and the staff mostly friendly.
Service is usually hit or miss. The line forming flow is a Little different, so if you've never been here before you'll end up standing in front of the donut case as other get helped before you who were in line after you. Some staff are pretty ok, while others are pretty rude. Coffee is kind of sub-par and out of a machine if you get a latte, but the donuts are pretty good. If you're wanting a really "personalized beverage" you're better off going to a local place, Caribou, or even Starbucks
First and last time in today. I was in line with 2 kids which were patiently and employee Faihti helped the customers behind me. I spoke up and said we were next. She said the other guy would wait on me. He was waiting on the customer in front of me. She was rude and brushed it off. Not a good first impression. As far as I know "first come, first serve"
The few times I've been here were good. Today... not so much.
My iced coffee wasn't even filed close to the top, my hash brown was soggy and greasy and sandwich was luke warm at best. Sad day for me considering the good service I used to get here.
